Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. And even though we work closely with our partners to carefully vet each and every one of our items, we understand that sometimes, you just might not be satisfied. Just return the product in the same condition you received it in within 30 days of the sale date, and we’ll be more than happy to issue you a full refund. Of course, this means the returned item must be 100% unused.
As for how long it takes to receive that refund, we’re usually pretty quick and process credits and returns within roughly 7-10 days of receipt. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with simple return instructions.
In the event of damaged product, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order shipment to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please keep damaged product and a clear photograph of the product and the condition of the box until after having spoken or received an email response from one of our representatives. To email a claim, please contact us at email@example.com, giving as much detail as possible. Product received damaged may be either replaced with an identical product or the purchase price may be refunded at the discretion of KITNDO.
We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of being placed during business days. Orders placed over weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Method of Shipping:
You have an option to choose the shipping method at the shopping basket. The price for shipping is calculated per actual weight, dimensions and ZIP code and is provided by USPS server.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
